Mike Norrdin, Dome’s New Shareholder

Join us in celebrating Mike Norrdin on his new role as director and shareholder at Dome Construction. In this position, Mike will continue overseeing a talented team of San Francisco Bay Area construction professionals.

Mike’s journey with Dome began in 2010 when he joined as a Project Manager, after 14 years in the industry. He utilized his expertise to contribute to Dome’s ongoing efforts in the food tech and life science sectors.

Throughout his career, Mike has remained connected to the aspects of construction he finds most fulfilling. He values the opportunity to positively impact others through coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, and finding solutions that enhance customer experiences. Moreover, Mike finds it rewarding to witnessing to witness the transformative effects of construction on numerous individuals’ lives, whether it involves constructing spaces for research and development, manufacturing life-saving drugs, or developing sustainable food sources.

Mike acknowledges the influential role played by his mentors in his growth as a leader and recognizes his responsibility to foster growth and opportunities for his team members.

When asked about the process up to his current role, Mike had the following thoughts:

Earning my current position was the result of many years of hard work, dedication, and continuous learning and development. Along the way, I focused on building strong relationships, developing my skills and expertise, and demonstrating a commitment to delivering results.

Excited and eager, Mike envisions a future for his group that revolves around driving growth and innovation. He looks forward to collaborating with his team to develop and implement strategies that will keep them ahead of the curve in the ever-changing business landscape.
