A creative 3-floor tenant improvement encompassing executive offices, open office seating, commercial grade kitchen and cafe, child care center, labs and amenity areas – completed with high-end finishes and extensive LED lighting throughout. Exterior and site work included new facade with metal panels and aluminum rain screen, painting of the entire building, new concrete ADA walkways, asphalt pavement parking lot and an outdoor amenity area and child care play area.
