This project is located within an existing 43-story structure on the 18th floor of 44 Montgomery Street.
The scope of work includes construction of new, non-structural partitions, ceiling work, Title-24 compliant light fixtures, new doors, and new finishes throughout. Construction also included installation of new mechanical work.
This project involved multiple, high-end finish types for the ceilings, flooring, walls and lighting which were also carried into the new restrooms and elevator lobbies. A notable feature of this project includes a soundproof Broadcast Studio for the students live broadcast sessions.
