This OSHPD-3, B-occupancy space was a fast-track Design Build project with a 20-week construction duration. Interior scope included 20 exam rooms, four offices and consult rooms, a conference room, three labs and procedure rooms, four restrooms, a radiology and physical therapy unit, a staff lounge and kitchenette, a storage room and a mechanical and IDF room.
