This tenant improvement features an open office approach, private offices that double as meeting areas and a unique tasking and board room that includes a wet bar.
Ancillary spaces include print areas, an ideation lounge, private conferencing, phone rooms and an expanded break room.
Scope of work also includes: installation of new partitions, doors and frames, ceiling, lighting, finishes, casework, electrical and mechanical.
