This Tenant improvement project included renovation of 14 new exam rooms, 6 specialty rooms with exam lights, 4 toilet rooms, and IT/Data closet. New interior finishes throughout the space included millwork, flooring, interior aluminum-framed storefronts, and wallcoverings. The MEP infrastructure was upgraded with a new MEP system including the installation of a new rooftop AHU installed on the 6th floor, along with fire sprinklers and fire life safety.
