This project included the installation of a new 35,0000 CFM AHU on top of the Emergency Department, which served the fourth-floor Operating Rooms, a new 7,500 CFM AHU, which served OR 9, and a new 500-ton air-cooled chiller, which served multiple areas in Long Hospital.
The scope also includes the construction of a new ground-up ED entrance and the remodel of OR 9.
