This space included the design and construction of a clean room that houses an oral and intravenous filling robotic equipment. Work covered fume hoods, bio-safety cabinets, a specialized glass clean room wall system, Italian robotic clean room equipment, BMS equipment monitoring system and large new air handlers requiring extensive coordination efforts. This was a design-build MEP that met LEED Gold standards.
